We are looking for an experienced maintenance technician, with skills in commercial building systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, etc.), to manage a designated group of buildings and:

Report to the Property Manager regarding the condition of the properties and identify any areas that need attention.

Be responsible for the preventive maintenance of building system operations.

Interact with tenants on a regular basis to offer friendly service.

Respond to work orders from tenants for maintenance requests in a timely manner.

Assist the Property Manager in procuring materials for building maintenance.

Work in conjunction with other technicians, in the company, for jobs requiring assistance.

SKILLS AND/OR KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

Knowledge of building systems (HVAC digital control a plus). Prior work experience with commercial buildings, either in maintenance or with a construction company preferable. Pre-employment screenings include a full criminal background check.

This position demands a strong team player, capable of handling many tasks simultaneously, that can work promptly and efficiently. Strong, independent, self-starter with customer service and communication skills. Cleanliness and function is a critical part of each building.
