Office Manager Wanted for Homecare Agency
We are a leading homecare agency seeking a dedicated Office Manager to oversee our daily operations and ensure the smooth running of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage office operations, including scheduling, communication, and record-keeping.
* Coordinate with healthcare professionals and clients to ensure high-quality service delivery.
* Handle administrative tasks such as filing, invoicing, and maintaining confidential records.
* Supervise and support office staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
* Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
* Proven experience as an office manager or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or homecare setting.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
