Join us for an unforgettable evening of storytelling, spoken word, music, dance, history, and cultural celebration as we honor the journey of Juneteenth – not simply as a historical date, but as a living legacy.
“Freedom Rooted & Future Bound” is a curated artistic experience exploring the roots of resilience, the power of our voice, Black excellence, leadership, rhythm, and the future we continue to build together.
Through powerful performances and meaningful reflection, we will journey from ancestry to announcement, struggle to strength, roots to rhythm, and legacy to leadership.

Music has done so much for me throughout my adolescent and adult years. Not only has it allowed me to earn a living doing something I love, but it helped keep me out of the streets growing up in Brooklyn. So whenever I have the opportunity to give back, I make sure I’m available.
I want to thank for allowing me to lend my art for their annual Wake On Stage Fundraiser!!! It was powerful and I always everyone to support the Arts!!!
