Muscle-strengthening exercises, just like cardio, are an important part of a well-rounded exercise routine. Look for ways to use things you already do every day to strengthen your muscles–do arm curls with your groceries as you carry them inside, do squats while holding your baby, do a few wall push-ups before leaving the house each morning.
There are lots of opportunities to be more active during each day!
