While we have emphasized that the key to a great interview is confidence - this is true however; the ways you build confidence are many.

First, while someone can help you right your resume, you need to right the content someone else can help with format and grammar etc. 80% of the questions in an interview can be answered from your resume. If you own and write the content you will clearly have the knowledge and answers to those 80%.

Second, write down the 5 most difficult questions that scare the holy smokes out of you - then write down the answers. Notice I said write down - when you write them down you will remember the answers. To be clear - you will be asked at least 1 of them during the interview. So you know everyone has questions that make them nervous. If you are prepared for the most difficult questions just think about how simple the others will be.

Third - practice practice practice your interviewing with different people. Provide them with your tough questions so you can practice. This will help you understand how to use your resume and deal with the ugly questions. The feedback will be invaluable.

Remember: The purpose of the resume is to get you an Interview, not to get you a job.
