Hey fellow investors,
I’m excited to share that we have a new deal under contract.
It’s also our first deal of 2026, so a great way to start the year.
Quick deal story for those actively competing in today’s market.
In 2025, we submitted 20+ offers, entered multiple bidding wars, and lost deals to higher prices and cash buyers. Tough market—no surprises.
This deal wasn’t won because we were the highest bidder.
The property is 12.1 acres with road frontage, plus a stick-built single-family home. Within the first hour it hit LandWatch, my partner Evren spotted it and contacted the listing agent.
Location mattered. This is Asheboro, NC—where Evren grew up. He knows the submarket well and has deep local context.
Open house day (cold + rainy):
• 100+ attendees
