Walked into class feeling pretty confident. Walked out questioning my ability to sit down, climb stairs, or lift my coffee tomorrow morning. But thatβs the magic of F45..pushing limits, crushing goals, and somehow having fun while doing it.
Big shoutout to the coaches and crew who make suffering together feel like a community event. π₯
Same time tomorrow? Probably. Regrets? None.
