Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Digital Marketer & Lead Generator to join our remote team. The Lead Digital Marketer & Lead Generator will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities by generating high-quality sales leads for multiple clients. This role involves a variety of approaches including inbound marketing, direct outreach, content creation, and managing our CRM database to ensure our sales team has a robust pipeline of potential clients.

Responsibilities:
- Identify, research, and target potential clients for multiple clients using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Generate quality leads and manage the lead generation process across various projects.
- Update and maintain CRM database with accurate customer and pipeline information.
- Create and implement outbound sales and business development strategies for different clients.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads to ensure they are converted into sales opportunities.
- Track and document all activities and results in a CRM system.
- Participate in regular meetings with the sales and marketing teams to discuss lead generation strategies and targets.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead in the market.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation or sales, preferably in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
