Shaba Shabu incorporates authentic Thai and Japanese cuisine served in a urban, contemporary. Shaba is the Thai word for hibiscus, the tropical flower.
Thanksgiving Schedule 2024:
Shaba Shabu and Black Ivory Café will be closed on November 28th and 29th.
We will resume our normal business schedule on Saturday November 30th.

ShabaShabu will be closed all day on Sunday, February 11th.
We will resume normal hours on Monday February 12th.

Just an update on our New Year Hours-
Sunday January 1st &
Monday January 2nd
We will be closed for Lunch but we will open at 4:30pm for Dinner!
SHABA SHABU WILL BE CLOSED ON BOTH JULY 4th AND 5th.
WE WILL RESUME OUR REGULAR OPERATIONS ON JULY 6th. AT 11:30AM.
