Yes we play games and have fun in class but while doing so we make it a priority to develop fundamental movement skills that include exercises and types of muscle actions that are specific for healthy movement patterns and athletic performance.
It’s so motivating to read about studies proving resistance training to be a productive first step for encouraging children and adolescents (especially those who may be overweight) to experience a level of physical accomplishment! I’m turn, these accomplishments may lead them to pursue a more physically active lifestyle. 🙌
Who wants that for their kids??
