Decking, railings and trim replaced.
Fixed up the frame and built a new stair set
Resurface/Rehab deck jobs are a fraction of the cost of building a new deck.

So this second floor addition’s exterior has been “done” since Monday, we had to move ahead without windows due to a manufacturer delay 🤦‍♂️. We are currently roughing electrical and plumbing.
When the windows come in next week we will simply remove the pvc trim, install, then replace the trim
