We just had the Jennings & McComber CD release party Saturday evening and now we're having an impromptu recording session for Andy's new song because Kara's sister and beau are leaving town tomorrow. Two more instruments and voices to round out their sound--it should be fun!

I stayed out of the creative process for "Let Fall the Fine," but one suggestion I did make was using "Half a Mile" for the first track. My favorite is the title track, but I love the feel of this song. It's got a nice hook and a great sentiment, it's very accessible and shows off Kara's voice nicely. I hope you enjoy it. CDs available in a bit...we'll keep you updated! :)
Jennings & McComber - Half a Mile Recorded "live" in the Brookfield church using ribbon mics. This is the first track on their first CD!
Heading into "the studio," in this case The Brookfield Church, to record a CD with Jennings & McComber! We'll be breaking in a new microphone and preamps, and some new monitoring gear. Good times. Also looking forward to Ramsey Papp recording images of the sessions.
