Susan Rockwell—The Seamy Side

No one is immune from weaving mistakes, no matter our experience.

Susan will use photos that she's collected over more than thirty years to remind us of just how easy it is to make mistakes. How do we get into these messes and, more important, how do we get out of them? We never see the seamy side of weaving in any weaving book or trade magazine.

As weavers, we need to find the time to recognize our mistakes and learn what to do about them; we also must learn to ignore the "shoulds" and ultimately find peace with our weaving.
