KTM Design Solutions, Inc., is a full service, multi-disciplinary firm specializing in civil engineering, land planning, land surveying, project management, and construction administration.

After operating for the past 20 years as the engineering arm of local development firm Dream Design International, Inc., KTM incorporated in 2016 to continue the firm's legacy for large scale engineering and development projects with an emphasis on serving small businesses, local developers, and federal, state, and local government entities.

The work of KTM can be seen throughout the Hills and surrounding areas, with major projects such as the SDEDA Interceptor, Northern Lights Well and Reservoir, the 160 acre Orchard Meadows development, Whisper Rock Apartments, the Elks Crossing and Elks Meadows subdivisions, and the upcoming 1,200 LF St Cloud Street reconstruction for the City of Rapid City.
