They have dedicated YEARS to our children coaching them in a healthy and supportive manor…let’s show them the same kind of support.

Good Morning Swimmers and Families. Awesome job yesterday swimmers. Reminder we are needing help tonight to take down the equipment and load trucks. This is directly following the last event.

Good Evening families. We did a have some weather delays tonight. So this will extend our day some tomorrow. We are starting with event 9: 13 and over 200 IM. We will still have the same warm up time and start time. Again warm ups are at 7:30am in lanes 3 and 4. And the start time is at 9:15am. Great job swimmers on today’s swims.
