Two things that have stayed true to us since we teamed up in 2014! ⬇️⬇️

1. Our goal is to encourage you to show up because you want to and not because you “have to”! We don’t want you feeling “afraid” of what happens if you don’t come! That positive mindset helps eliminate stress and pressure both physically and mentally! It also helps remove that clicky environment at gyms! It’s our happy place and it should be yours too! 🙌🏾🙌🏾

2. We decided to lean into the fun, welcoming, and good vibes energy! We know that “be rough” and “tough love” mentality sells, but we also know it’s extremely intimidating! This was a struggle at first when other studios in the area referred to us as “the cute” place or the “place you go if you don’t want to workout”. That crushed us in 2014 but we stayed true to our concept knowing what we had and still have! 😉 The (amazing) sneaky part of SFF? You’re getting phenomenal workouts, being challenged, and seeing results! The bonus? You’re in an environment that makes you smile and feel great!
