On December 12, third-grade students at Cornwall Terrace got a head start on their entrepreneurial journeys with a "Career Fair"!

Eleven local entrepreneurs (Detweiler Design, Author Jill Lynch, Betsy Fick Photography, Kristina Kreates, Acacia Flower Shop, Berks Deals & Steals, Pinky’s Junk Removal, InstaShine Car Wash, John’s Great Cars, Threads Embroidery, and Powdered Pink Flamingo) shared their expertise, offering insights into running a successful business. They answered questions like:
- How do you advertise your business?
- What challenges have you faced as an entrepreneur?
- What advice would you give to someone who wants to start their own business?

A huge thank you to our guest entrepreneurs for donating their time and knowledge! The students are now ready to start their own "businesses"!

Thank you to our teachers and community! Community Closet today was a HUGE SUCCESS. We were busy busy busy all morning and one shopper commented- “Thanks to you teachers, my kids are going to have a great Christmas”. That’s why we do this!! Fantastic turnout with donations and shoppers!

Wow!! One of the biggest years ever!! Our community closet is from 8-11am tomorrow morning at the High School Lower House Cafeteria. All welcome!
