has a way of pulling us outward as it's such a fun season! More plans, lots of stimulation, more adventures… and a little FOMO ( fear of missing out ) if we slow down.

To prevent the feeling of having to "start over" when summer passes, this weeks' theme is Pratyahara 👉🏼 drawing our senses inward.

That means getting on your mat, especially when you don't want to or feel like there isn't enough time. Taking intentional pauses to breathe and realign. Lifting the weights, washing your face, prioritizing sleep, hydration and nourishing yourself with whole foods.

Our wellbeing is the long game. These practices are where clarity lives. It's where our energy comes back online. It's where our sense of peace and grounding is rooted.

This cotton square is holding half of the extractions I performed on a teen acne client.

Extractions on the right client can be extremely beneficial 👇

• Helps clear clogged pores and reduce blackheads/whiteheads.
• Can improve skin texture and clarity.
• May support better product absorption after the skin is decongested.
• Best for non-inflamed breakouts, not angry or irritated acne.
• Should be done gently and professionally to avoid irritation or scarring.

Acne clearing is a journey that can take 3-6 months to fully clear provided the client is 100% committed to their home care. Followed by a maintenance program as acne is NOT curable.
