Something I've been thinking about a lot lately…

Social media has completely distorted what success is supposed to look like.

And the crazy thing is, most people don't even realize they're chasing someone else's definition.

The Rolex, the dinners, the car… look, I'm not judging. But a lot of that stuff is financed. It's performed. It's for an audience.

When my baseball career ended, I had to sit with myself and actually figure out what I wanted. I had to get clear on what matters to me the most.

And when I got honest about it, the list was pretty simple.

Slow mornings where I'm not rushing out the door stressed.

Being able to give back to my parents who sacrificed everything for me.

Helping people change their financial situation the way mine changed.

And my relationship with God, which kept me grounded through all of it.

That's honestly what gets me up in the morning.

Just a life that actually means something to me.

I think a lot of you feel the same way. Maybe you just haven't seen it reflected at you enough.
