Over the past two years we've brewed countless pilot batches and experimented with so many different ingredients while planning our brewery and trying to perfect our craft; it's nice to find the time to get back to the basics and brew and enjoy one of the original recipes that sparked this dream.

Recently brewed up our flagship Djali IPA on the pilot brewhouse (AKA the garage), and its tasting just as fresh and refreshing as ever on this summer night. Can't wait to share this brew with the rest of the world.

Pour at the Shore had some crazy weather, but we still had a great time with great beer and great people yesterday! Congrats to all the homebrew winners and much respect to everyone who braved the storm to show their support for a great community.

A beerfest with a beach locale in May seems awesome until it ends up being a 40 degree tsunami!! The Gypsy Soul crew is still pouring and in good spirits though! Matt really dressed for the beach theme with shorts and a Hawaiian shirt though 😬😬😬
