Red Hook Summer Community Track Meets

In order to participate, anyone under 18 y/o must sign up through the Red Hook Rec Department Summer Program Form. https://www.redhookny.gov/522/Summer-Play-Program
*adults do not need to fill out any forms*
Please make every effort to print this ahead of time and bring on meet day at 5:30pm, but extra forms will be available on site. The Rec Department requires health records along with the form; please send me a message if this will be an obstacle to your participation.

Being that races kick off at 6pm, please arrive early enough to turn in your forms, especially at meet 1. Upon arrival, there will be sign up sheets for each individual race, which will help us to form heats quickly. You may sign up for as many races as you wish!

If you are bringing a child young enough to require supervision, please stick around! But I know you’ll want to see them run, and do a race of your own anyway 🙂

All ages and ability levels are encouraged to come. This is a safe place to try out a new experience, whether you’re a D1 track star, in elementary school, or an adult who never got the chance to run in a track meet! In the spirit of funness and fairness, heats for each race will be organized by speed/age/gender, so don’t worry about having to race anyone out of your league ;)
