We’re so excited to introduce Ember, our newest instructor, and her brand-new class Aerial Flow 🤍

With over five years of experience teaching aerial silks, lyra, and pole, plus acrobatics training in Las Vegas with Cirque du Soleil performers Ember brings a beautiful blend of strength, grace, and ease to the hammock.

Aerial Flow is an all-level, aerial yoga–inspired class designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and unwind while feeling fully supported. Expect gentle flow, assisted stretches, and a calming, grounding experience for both body and mind. All bodies and experience levels are welcome.

Come float, flow, and restore with us.
