I’ll be baking fresh sourdough focaccia and I’m officially opening up pre-orders now.

🧀🌶 Cheddar–Mozzarella Jalapeño

These are slow-fermented, airy on the inside, golden and crisp on the edges, with that beautiful olive oil richness that makes focaccia completely irresistible.

Perfect for:
• Slicing thick for the ultimate sandwich
• Dipping in good olive oil + balsamic
• Toasting and slathering with butter
• Serving alongside soup or pasta
• Or honestly… tearing off pieces straight from the loaf while it’s still warm

What a night. Truly. 🍷🍫✨

This weekend at Matson Vineyards we hosted a Chocolate & Wine Pairing featuring my handcrafted Anah Roll bonbons… and it was nothing short of exquisite.

Each of their beautiful wines was thoughtfully paired with my small-batch, hand-painted, couverture chocolate bonbons — and the response from guests was incredible. The room was warm, happy, indulgent, and full of that “this is special” kind of energy. Watching people take a bite, sip their wine, pause… and smile? That never gets old.

I loved every part of the evening — exploring their newly renovated AirBnB, trying fresh pastas made by a talented chef visiting from Italy, meeting new faces (and creating some brand-new chocolate fans), and helping elevate everyone’s Valentine’s weekend with something truly gourmet.

And yes… my toffee bars sold out. Of course they did. I guess I need to make more of those. 😏

I may or may not have ended the night hiding in my car eating an entire pizza by myself. Balance. 😂
