Important announcement!!

Due to limited staff capacity, our Redding office will be closed to the public this Tuesday, April 28th through Thursday, April 30th so staff can prepare for and attend the UpstateCA Tourism Summit 2026.

The SBDC will be leading one of the breakout sessions on Thursday- "Leveling UP: Building Culture and Capacity in Customer Service." This will be a dynamic discussion on how businesses in the hospitality and tourism industry can develop and foster a culture that delivers exemplary guest services and experiences, especially as NorCal prepares for the Iron Man competition in August.

Business advising sessions will continue to be scheduled and hosted on a by-appointment basis. As always you can give us a call and we will be sure to help you!
