Assistant Technician
This is a part time, entry level trainee position in which the ideal candidate possesses great communication skills and prides themselves on providing exceptional customer service. He/she will thrive in a busy, fast paced environment and embrace challenging tasks. Candidates must be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and project management skills.
Job Duties include but are not limited to:
• Assisting Field Technicians with various projects
• Providing hardware and software installation support for end users.
• Maintenance and repair of technology and network equipment.
• Must be comfortable with client interactions.
• Must be motivated to learn new concepts as technology changes.
• Must have the ability to follow problems through to the end with attention to detail.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times while at work.
Physical Demands
• Standing, walking, sitting, typing, reaching, bending, moving and/or be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Job Requirements
• Basic knowledge of IT terminology and concepts
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma or GED
