This is one of my favorite things to make. It is super refreshing, light and satisfying. I love the h**p seeds because they give me a simple source of protein and help keep me full.
I like to have this in the morning or between meals when I want something that feels easy on my digestion but still supportive. It is a great option if you have been feeling bloated or just need something that feels clean and hydrating.
