The Redding Civic Auditorium is closing!

Dear Ticket Buyer,

Due to the closure of Redding Civic Auditorium on July 31, 2026, both of the following performances occurring after this date are moving to the Cascade Theatre in Redding.

The Rock Orchestra by Candlelight - 9.29.26
Nutcracker! Magical Christmas Ballet 2026 - 11.11.26 (New date)

Please hold on to your tickets as they are transferable to the Cascade Theatre. Your ticket purchase will be honored at the new venue. Cascade Theatre's box office staff will contact you to assist you with selecting your new seats at their venue.

All remaining performances occuring after July 31, 2026 have been cancelled.

All ticket holders will receive a full refund at their original point of purchase.

Please note that Jim Gaffigan: Everything Is Wonderful (June 8) and Dance Depot Presents: Legends of Dance (June 20) are not being affected by the venue closure and will be performing as scheduled.

Credit & Debit Card Purchases
If you purchased tickets using a credit or debit card, your refund will be processed back to the same card.

Cash & Check Purchases
Refunds for cash or check purchases will be issued by check. Please ensure all your contact information is correct by filling out the form linked here. Be sure to include your mailing address in the problem details area.

Box Office Hours
The box office will remain open Fridays and Saturdays from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM through June 20, 2026. However, all refunds and inquiries will be handled by Etix. Refunds will be processed by Etix within 30 days of this notification.
