Physical Care:
- Made with a sterling silver vessel and chain, and a clear glass chamber.
- All glass is breakable — handle with care.
- Each day, check the vessel:
• Make sure it is securely closed.
• Check the water level — water will naturally evaporate over time.
• If the water is low or gone, refill promptly.
- If water evaporates completely, the vessel can loosen and fall off.

Spiritual Practice:
- Checking your vessel each day is also a way to check in with yourself — noticing where you are, what you need, and what you have the capacity for.
- Refilling the water becomes the act of filling your own cup — restoring your energy, hope, and clarity.
