EESD Horticulture is hosting a Family-Friendly Orchard Work Day & Tree Pruning Workshop at Shasta Meadows and Lassen View, and the entire EESD community is invited to join in the fun! This hands-on event is for students, parents, siblings, and caregivers alike—a great opportunity to learn new skills, serve our schools, and spend time together outdoors. Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library is now available in our community, offering FREE books every month to children under age 5. It’s a wonderful way to spark imagination, build early literacy skills, and help our youngest learners fall in love with reading.
