Shingle Roofing

✔️ Faster installation
✔️ More style/color options
✔️ Easier repairs in some cases

Things to consider:
➖ Typically shorter lifespan than tile

What you’re seeing in this reel is some of the most important work — both underground and behind the walls — that keeps a home running properly every day.

This stage includes:
✔️ Underground plumbing for water and sewer lines
✔️ Electrical rough-in for power, lighting, and outlets
✔️ In-wall plumbing for supply and drainage 🚿

Next up: HVAC rough-in — installing ductwork and ventilation before insulation and drywall go in.

Once everything is covered, you won’t see any of this again — but it has to be done right the first time to ensure safety, efficiency, and long-term performance.

It’s not the flashiest part of the build, but it’s one of the most critical.
