Train movements first. Train muscles next.
Nothing is better than attacking the muscle that contributes to a movement with intention.
It’s much harder to target a muscle or muscle groups when you haven’t yet obtained a full understanding of the movement itself.
With the year almost at an end everyone is going to have some big goals they want to accomplish so here’s a couple tips to keep in mind.
You do not need to work out 7 days a week for 2+ hours everyday to get amazing results.
The biggest factors in your progress are CONSISTENCY , PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD, and EFFECTIVE PROGRAMING.
You can build a strong body with just
2-3 days a week if you stick to it.
