Catering Kitchen in Bellevue/Redmond is looking to fill Prep Cook/Line cook positions.

Line Cooks

• Ability to handle Saute/Fry and appetizer stations
• Good Knowledge of English and Spanish
• Ability to carry 50lbs
• Part time and Full Time positions
• Commitment for 3 year minimum, weekends will be necessary
• Interest to learn international cuisine preparation
• Demonstrated experience working at a fast paced high volume restaurant kitchen for 5 years
• Ability to follow standardize recipes, control food costs, train employees, etc
• Integrity, Honesty and Positive Demeanor a must
• Age - 21+
• Food Handler Permit Needed
• Be very organized and excellent at multitasking.
• Be able to handle stress in a busy work environment.
• Be highly personable and enjoy working with people.

Prep Cooks

• Ability to prep Meat, Vegetables, Sautee spices, etc
• Good Knowledge of English and Spanish
• Ability to carry 50lbs
