Meet Cole Wilson, our new Operations Manager at San Juan Kayak Expeditions. He has been on San Juan island since 2016, via Georgia after studying Outdoor Ed at Georgia College and completing a NOLS Wilderness First Responder course. In addition to guiding for Tim and Sally, the original owners of SJKE for four of those years, he was also a beer slinger at the brewery, worked for an excavation contractor, an arborist, and a local cannabis farm. Being a Cole-of-all-trades, combined with his formal education and passion for the outdoors makes him a great fit for this role.
