Somehow, sitting and staring at the warm glow of these lights last night brought comfort to me.

I had just learned of the passing of a long time, dear friend! Staring at the bits and baubles contained in this cabinet, some even gathered while together, brought a smile through my tears. We had so many adventures together and I loved her very much! She was a rare and unique woman, and to some might have felt a bit standoffish.Ahh, but when she loved you, you knew it, and you felt it! You also knew where you stood with her.There was never say one thing to your face and turn around and talk poorly behind it!She was a true blue, ride or die friend and I am going to miss her so much!

Godspeed, my dearest friend Carolee! I will see you again and we will continue our junking adventures together!💔
