As a global movement for the skills-based economy, Microsoft Leap is transforming the talent ecosystem by providing rigorous training and support that help people make a difference from day one. In Kenya, we are collaborating with Microsoft Philanthropies through their Artificial Intelligence National Skilling Initiative (AINSI) to train trainers within nonprofit organizations and skilling partners on AI and cybersecurity. This initiative aims to educate instructors on best practices for integrating AI and other innovative tools into their teaching methods. This is how we prepare the next generation of talent worldwide.
