Are you guilty of saying something like this? Let's call it what it is: it's disqualification from the very thing that is going to solve your pain point. Some call it excuses but it's more than that. It's a limiting mentality that says "I can't"
"The road looks too long and too hard to walk down" (that's what she said).
Most of you reading this are already doing CrossFit, but this applies to you too! Where else in life are you disqualifying yourself before even trying to start? Career? Starting a family? Going to church? You can't put the cart before the horse and then be upset that you aren't going anywhere.
We want to challenge you: Take the first step! The very thing you are nervous to start is probably the thing that is going to get you where you want to be.
