Hey everyone!!

It’s been awhile since I’ve posted anything here as I’ve just cut back on social media lately and honestly it’s been lovely!🙌🏻

To be honest, I have felt quite weak for awhile now and recently found out I’ve had some unwanted growths developing on my uterus...ladies, please don’t wait to go to dr when you know something is off!!! My mistake.

I lead others to care for themselves first, and somehow I managed to ignore a need my own body had...

Now that I know there’s something sucking blood from me and causing the energy levels to be low...it all makes since of the past year or so as to why my energy and strength is gone. 🤷‍♀️

Doing yoga even became too much...and that was one of the signs I did know something was off.

So today I celebrate everything my body has done for me and thank her for carrying my babies through 2 healthy pregnancies because tomorrow morning I say goodbye to a big piece of her forever!!!🥳🙌🏻💕

I get to keep the good stuff to keep my hormones flowing, but my baby carrier is exiting the building forever!!

I’m only in the hospital for a day and one night and then back home for a pretty strict 6 week recovery where I have my chance to rebuild my relationship with my body, mind and soul💕

The day I can do yoga again with full power, energy and intention will be my true comeback day and I can’t wait!!!

If you’ve gone through the journey of a hysterectomy, I’m not too proud to take tips, tricks and advice for a safe and healthy recovery!!

I’m excited to share my new found passion for life once I’m back up and moving!

Until then, take care of yourself and promise me you won’t wait to care for yourself when you know something is off!!! Promise?!
