Pentominoes – Junior Circle 3 (Grades 5–6)
What we did: Students identified and drew all 12 unique ways to arrange five squares side by side. After discovering these patterns, they used physical pentomino sets to construct various geometric shapes and puzzles.

The 8th Annual Logic Land Math Festival is only 3 days away:
When: Sunday, May 10 | 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Where: Rose Hill Elementary, Kirkland
Who: Designed for grades K–8
Activities: Cryptography, optical illusions, geometric constructions, strategy games, bridge building, soap films, and special Mother’s Day mathematical crafts.
