Statement of Compliance for PBCS requirements.
Spectralux will provide Envoy customers with a document titled “Data Link Statement of Compliance Instructions for STC Applicant” in accordance with the guidance contained in FAA AC 20-140C to identify the interoperability, subnetwork, and performance capabilities to which the Envoy data product has been designed, tested, and certified by Spectralux as Equipment Manufacturer. Once STC certification is obtained, this Statement ofCompliance can be provided to the Aircraft Operator to meet guidance contained in FAA AC 90-117, section 3.3 Statement of Compliance (SOC).
