Hillcrest Tree farm is among oldest Choose-and-Cut Christmas tree farms in California
RAILFEST WEEKEND!!!
We're so excited for all the fun stuff going on out here at Hillcrest, and we're just as excited for you fine folks to come out and visit us this Saturday and Sunday.
If you like trains, have a kid who likes railroads, a neighbor who loves old iron, a coworker who relishes steam, we welcome everyone out this weekend for our once a year event.

As we start the year off recovering from a tremendous and terrific winter season, it was decided that we could shed some light into some questions about our scale of equipment. This article illustrates how this kind of thing all congealed from a bunch of ideas into what we know and love today.

As our year winds down, we are already starting to think about all of our big shop projects, and the events ahead in the new year. We want to take a moment and say Thank You to all our visitors. We appreciate each and every one of you, what we do wouldn't be possible without your continued support and patronage!

Coming this weekend we have a fun performance at noon, Saturday December 13th. A local group of musicians who play all of the big heavy brass will be out at the farm playing Christmas songs!
This is also the weekend we usually start to run out of trees, so take the opportunity to swing by the farm and take a listen to the festive music, enjoy a train ride, select the perfect tree, or grab a picture with Santa Claus. We hope to see you out for this extra fun event!

One Pajama Night event down, a whole bunch more left to go.
Thanks for an excellent weekend start to the season. We found homes for a lot of pre-cut trees, and our lumberjack and train crews were busy hauling our "cut your own" trees all weekend.

We're open 10-5 for the next few weeks for Christmas Trees. Our steam trains run for the general public 10-5 Saturdays and Sundays, and during our PJ Nights. Pajama Night tickets are still available at Hillcrestreedley.com/tickets.
Swing by the farm for beautiful pre-cut Noble and Douglas first, or cut your own Monterey Pine and have it delivered by train to the station nearest your car.
