⛳️ The "Perks" of a 24/7 Job
The real estate life is all about flexibility. I might miss a traditional family dinner because I’m out showing homes after "normal" work hours, but the flip side? Missing the afternoon rush to grab my little buddy and head out on a midday mom-son adventure.
Today’s schedule was a wild one: 3 hours of morning work, a 4-hour midday break, and 5 hours of evening appointments.
Naturally, we took advantage of that midday gap and hit 9 holes. His short game is getting seriously impressive, but the highlight of the day? I let him take the wheel of the golf cart for a minute. He rolled up next to me, looked me dead in the eye, and said, “Get in, chump.” 🤣 I nearly died laughing.
It’s moments like these that make the unconventional hours worth it. My clients are always my top priority, and being available whenever you need me—evenings and weekends included—is just part of the job. But getting to be "Mom" in the middle of a Thursday, That's the real win.
