The St. Patrick’s day parade was a huge success. Thank you to the 40+ volunteers who came out to support our campaign. I am looking forward to getting back to work for Douglas County.

My Friends from the Stephen Center made some delicious soup for the Visiting Nurse Association Art and Soup event today. The VNA provides expert, compassionate services for under-resourced individuals and families. I am proud to support both VNA and The Stephen Center.

It’s fish fry time! What is your local favorite? Dave and I have enjoyed Our Lady of Lourdes, Holy Name and St Vincent de Paul so far. Where should we go next week?

Awesome weekend! Thanks to the Nebraska Young Democrats for hosting a lunch and learn with candidates. I also got to meet about 25 people from the Raven Oaks neighborhood. I am happy to come to anyone’s home to talk about my campaign. Let me know if you want to be a host.

I had the pleasure of knocking on lots of Douglas County doors this week. Douglas County Commissioner Brian Fahey jumped in on the fun and introduced me to some of his neighbors.

It is a beautiful day in Omaha! People are out on their porches ready to talk about the Douglas County Attorney race. I hope everyone was able to get out to enjoy some fresh air. It was refreshing.

I attended this event on the state of North Omaha Saturday. I encourage everyone to take part in the conversation. Good things are happening in our communities.
