Today marks a very special day for our church as we wish a happy retirement to our facilities director, Marcel, on his last official day on staff! 🛠️

Marcel has been faithfully serving on our staff team for 14 years, and we are so thankful for all of the ways he has been a part of making CCC better. While Marcel spends many hours mowing, plowing, and keeping our building safe and clean, he also gives generously of his time and is always readily available to support members of our community. Whether it is staying caught up with members of his volunteer team, pouring into the next generation by giving guitar lessons, telling a joke at just the right moment, or keeping us all up to date on recent weather patterns: Marcel never makes you feel like he is in a rush to get out of a conversation and has an incredible way of making those around him feel cared for and seen. He has been an example to us all of what it looks like to be an irresistible church to our next door neighbors and the next generation by sharing the love of Jesus whenever the opportunity presents itself.
