The Earth is 4.5 billion years old. Humans have been here 200,000 years. Columbus discovered America in 1492. The USA was born in 1776. My Grandfather was born in 1886. I was born in 1944. My son was born in 1970. We are in the year 2022. By 2050 all of our cars and trucks will be EVs..We are just a blip in time, a part of the evolution toward extinction. I plan on enjoying what time I have left. The seconds, the minutes, the hours, the days. I don't want to waste this moment in time that I have been allotted. Be true to yourself..

I'm slowly learning that even if I react, it won't change anything.

It won't make people suddenly love and respect you.

It won't magically change their minds.

Sometimes it's better to just let things be and let people go.

Don't fight for that closure, don't ask for explanations, don't chase answers and don't expect people to understand where you're coming from.

I'm slowly learning that life is better lived when you don't center it on what's happening around you and center it on what's happening inside of you.

Take my advice and ....work on yourself and your inner peace and you'll come to realize that not reacting to every little thing that bothers you is the first ingredient to living a healthy and happy life.
