It’s no secret that vivid hair color is complex to take care of, here are some tips to maintain your color & the health of your hair at home. ✨
Wash in cold water- I know this sucks but your color will last 3x as long.💕
Use a UV leave in protectant - I love the keep me vivid leave in from Matrix💗
Only wash once a week (if you can)💖
Use a strengthening/color lock shampoo & conditioner - I love Amika Color Vault- in conjunction with a moisture leave in.💓
Use low heat on your hot tools- high heat can remove your color!💕
Use a good heat protectant- Verb Ghost Prep is what I’m using currently!💗
