Transformed Tree Care
We specialize in helping clients increase the value of their trees in the Reno/Sparks Nevada areas
π³ We never like removing trees if there's a way to save them. Whenever possible, we'd rather help a tree stay healthy for years to come. But sometimes a tree is too damaged, too diseased, or too hazardous, and removal becomes the safest option.
The good news? Many removals can be avoided with a little preventative care.
Here are 3 simple tips:
πΏ Prune regularly to remove dead or weak branches before they become a bigger problem.
π§ Keep your tree healthy with proper watering, mulch, and by protecting the roots from damage.
π Pay attention to changes. Dead branches, cracks, leaning or thinning leaves are all signs it's worth having the tree checked sooner rather than later.

From this... β‘οΈ to that.
Just before the Davis Fire, we removed this dead tree that had become a potential hazard in our community.
It's a good reminder that tree care isn't just about appearancesβit's about protecting homes, families, neighbors, and the places we all enjoy. Dead or weakened trees can become unpredictable, especially during wildfire season or when strong winds roll through Northern Nevada.
As we head into the weekend, take a look around your property. If you notice a tree that's dead, leaning, or dropping large limbs, it may be worth having it evaluated before it becomes an emergency.
We're thankful to be part of a community that values prevention and safety. Have a great Friday, Reno and Sparks! π²π
Some days in tree care require a little extra problem-solving.
Today's project included removing a pine tree and grinding the stump. While not everything went exactly according to plan, our team adapted, kept moving forward, and got the job done.
By the end of the day: tree gone, stump gone, debris cleaned up, and the lawn looking great. π²β
That's the difference persistence makes.

πΎπ³ Creating Safer Spaces for Pets, Too π³πΎ
This before-and-after shows the removal of a dead tree from a local condo community's dog park.
When most people think about tree care, they think about protecting homes, vehicles, buildings, and people. But trees can also impact the safety of our four-legged family members. Removing hazardous trees helps create a safer place for dogs to run, play, and enjoy the outdoors.
It's something that's especially meaningful to us. 2 years ago we had the privilege of helping care for the pets of those experiencing homelessness. It was a reminder that every pet deserves a safe environment. Feeding Pets of the Homeless
Whether it's a backyard, HOA common area, apartment complex, dog park, or community space, proper tree care helps protect everyone who enjoys itβon two legs or four.
If your property has dead, damaged, or hazardous trees, we'd be happy to help.
π³ Keeping Communities Safe, Shaded & Looking Their Best π³
Today we're trimming branches around a resident gondola system at a local HOA community here in Reno.
When people think about tree clearance, they often focus on homes, streets, sidewalks, or parking areas. But community amenities like gondolas, walking paths, playgrounds, pools, and gathering spaces need attention too. Overgrown branches can create safety concerns, obstruct views, and increase wear on community infrastructure.
A properly pruned tree isn't just about appearance. Strategic pruning helps improve structure, reduces the risk of branch failure, allows better airflow, and can help maintain a healthy canopy that provides valuable shade during our hot Northern Nevada summers.
If your HOA, apartment community, commercial property, or even your home has trees growing over amenities, pathways, structures, or outdoor living spaces, now is a great time to have them evaluated.
At Transformed Tree Care, we help property managers, HOAs, and homeowners keep their trees healthy, safe, and beautiful.
