Good morning fine people! The practice focus this week is on:
WHAT’S YOUR MOVEMENT?
Everyone is unique. Everyone moves a little different. Understand yourself, understand your movement.
*This week is seminar week. We will go over your material for your next level. Also, if it is not your seminar please come, the class will re-enforce your Aikido!
Adults, Teens
*Monday: Today: Beginner’s seminar at 12 noon & 6:30pm for the ranks of Newbees to 5th Kyus.
***Tuesday: Intermediate Seminar at 12 noon & 6:30pm for the ranks of 4th & 3rd Kyus.
*Wednesday: Advanced Seminar at 12 noon & 6:30pm for the ranks of 2nd and 1st Kyus.
*Thursday: Black Belt Seminar and: 12noon and 6:30pm (there is still regular class going on too at the same time)
***Note for all students: We meet after each seminar for water, questions, and talking about your progress

Youth, Teens, Family class schedule
*Monday: Today: Beginner’s Seminar at 5pm for the ranks of Newbee to 8th Kyu.
***Tuesday: Intermediate Seminar at 5pm for the ranks of 7th,6th,5th Kyus.
***Wednesday: Advanced seminar at 5pm for the ranks of 4th & 3rd Kyus
***Thursday: 2nd kyus and 1st kyus into FREE STYLE CLASS!
***NOTE FOR PARENTS: WE MEET AFTER YOUR STUDENT’S SEMINAR FOR A PROGRESS TALK

***Wednesday: it is EVOLUTION DAY! We will work on your material for your next level, free -form Aikido, demonstrations, and challenges! Keep challenging yourself!
***Thursday: it is Demo & Testing Day! Challenge yourself!
12 noon adults
5pm youth & family: Test or earn your stripe
6:30pm teens & adults
These classes will be at the Dojo, and on Zoom. Go for it! Demo your track. Demo stuff we worked on. EARN YOUR NEXT STRIPE! Go to the next level! Expand!!! TAKE A CHALLEGE!
