We asked Paige, our Eating Disorder Program Clinical Lead, what she’d tell someone wrestling with anxiety.
Her answer: The secret isn’t avoiding your anxiety, it’s doing it anyway. The more we dodge what makes us nervous, the more our brain decides it’s unbeatable. The truth is, the only way past it is through it.
Fear is just a signal, not a stop sign. The real win is taking the step anyway. You got this. 💪
