🏆 Big news! MidTown Reno has officially been designated a 2026 Accredited Main Street America program! This honor recognizes our commitment to community revitalization, preservation-based economic development, and making MidTown a place worth celebrating.

Here's a look at what helped earn us this recognition:
🎶 Dancing in the Streets drew over 30,000 attendees across nine stages spanning one mile of South Virginia Street - generating an estimated $1.4 million in local economic impact, with more than 20% of guests traveling from outside the region.

🛍️ Shop Small Saturday brought roughly 400 participants out to explore the corridor, driving foot traffic to our incredible locally owned businesses.

🏠 Our first permanent Welcome Center at Reno Public Market is now open year-round, serving as a hub for our 150+ local businesses and welcoming visitors to everything MidTown has to offer.

None of this happens without YOU - the shoppers, diners, event-goers, and neighbors who show up for this district every day. Thank you for making MidTown Reno something truly special. Here's to even bigger things ahead! 🙌

Everyone give a round of applause for .wed! It's only her second year helping us plan Dancing in the Streets, but we honestly can't remember how we did this without her. She is a rockstar wedding planner, soccer mom extradoniare, and professional wrangler.
