Position Overview:
Support wholesale order processing, shipping coordination, customer service, and daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process wholesale orders (phone, email, online)
• Manage Amazon Vendor Central orders & inventory
• Prepare shipping labels, documentation & carrier quotes
• Maintain digital & physical filing systems
• Assist with invoicing, payments & A/R follow‑ups
• Support sales reps, trade shows & customer inquiries
• General office duties (mail, account setup, etc.)
Qualifications:
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Experience in order processing, shipping, or office support preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook & basic office systems
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
